The Junge AG splinter meeting offers a platform for early-career astronomers. Founded in 2020, the Junge AG considers all students and early postdoctoral researchers as members, independent of their actual age. Apart from the junge AG itself, we will talk about the AG and the RDS, with the goal to introduce these bodies to the early-career members. After the talk, we will have a discussion.
