The 4MOST Milky Way Halo High-Resolution Survey

I will present the science aims of the 4MOST Milky Way Halo High-Resolution Survey, its survey strategy, target catalog, and first tests of the precisions of the abundances to be derived from 4MOST high-resolution spectra.
